Epson Perfection V10 Flatbed Scanner is a colour image 
scanner that can be kept on the desktop. This device measures 43cm in width, 28cm in depth and 4.1cm in height. The unit weighs just 2.2kg.
This device scans colour images at 48-bit resolution and greyscale at a resolution of 16-bits. It has an optical resolution of 3200 x 9600 dpi and interpolated resolution of 12800 x 12800 dpi. The maximum size of the document that are been scanned is 216 x 297mm and supports plain paper. It supports only manual loading. This flatbed scanner scans A4 papers of resolution 300dpi at 20 sec/scan and 600dpi at 34sec/scan. It takes 7sec/scan for a full page preview. Other features of the scanner are Xe-gas cold cathode fluorescent lamp and 3.2D scan density range.
The scanner is supported by Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition / Windows ME, Apple MacOS X 10.2.8 or later and Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 Edition operating systems.
The operating temperature range of this scanner is 5°C to 35°C and humidity ranges from 10 to 80%. It offers connectivity with USB and is compatible with PC and Mac systems. Epson Perfection V10 Scanner operates on an internal power supply of magnitude 120/230V, 50/60Hz consuming an operating power of 16 Watts and standby power of 3.5 Watts.
