Epson GT-30000N Colour Scanner is flatbed scanner with a smart look and
enormous features. This desktop type scanner is the new variety amongst those in the market. What makes it different from other scanners are its Embedded Image Processing, Dithering from A to D level, and a User defined dither pattern from A to B level. Details
It is a single pass automatic media feeder type with a document storage capacity of 100 sheets. The corresponding paper weight thickness supported is from 50 to 127 g/m². The optical resolution supported by the unit is 600 dpi x 1200 dpi with Epson Micro Step Drive. The maximum media size supported by the Epson GT-30000N Flatbed Scanner is 297 mm x 432 mm. The portraits are A3 to A5 and Landscapes A4 to A6.
The scanning speed comes up to 0.4 ms/line for black & white and 0.79 for colour. It comes with grey depth of 12 bit grey and 8 bit grey external and a colour depth of 36 bit and 24 bit external. This scanner with a Line Art has a fixed threshold and a gamma correction facility as well.
Technical side
Pentium is the processor integrated in the unit and it has a RAM with a memory capacity of 32MB. The Twain and ISIS driver bundle for faultless integration into Document Management systems are the added advantage.
