IRIS has recently introduced a new handheld scanner named as IRISCard Pro 4 Business Card Handheld Scanner. This is a new scanner that is a professional and multi-user business card scanning solution. They are highly useful for scanning paper business cards quickly to create contacts in your contact manager.
This is a portable device having a weight of just 158.7 g and its compact dimensions are 15.4 cm x 4.82 cm x 3.3 cm. An advantage of this compact device is that is compatible with both Mac and PC systems.
This new portable scanner can scan even coloured images with a maximum H-Optical resolution of 400 dpi. You have to be careful about the media size that use in the scanner. The maximum supported media size is 54.5 mm business cards. You will have to scan feed the cards for scanning manually and the type of scanner is a Sheetfed scanner. The USB port supports perfect connectivity.
